Our Interior Design Consultation Retainer is a $350 refundable via credit toward furnishing purchase. The consultation includes 2 hours of design consulting per space (ie., living room and dining room is considered as one space, family room and kitchen is considered as one space, master bedroom and master bathroom is considered as one space etc.; commercial projects spaces will be determined during initial consultation).
Service Per Consultation:
Meeting with the client or their authorized representative to establish the scope of the project and establishing the design direction based on the clients goals, concepts and furnishing budget.
The Clients $350 retainer fee will be credited toward purchases of $5k or greater per space.
As per our in-store and online Sales Policy, “All Sales Are Final” No Refunds. See Our Sales/Refund Policy for details. After Design Consultation has been schedule, a 24 hour notice is required in order to reschedule your appointment. Consults are re-schedulable but not refundable. "No Shows" are non-refundable and additional consultation fee(s) will apply for ‘no show’ rescheduled consultations.
