White Glove Delivery Service
We offer professional in-home white glove delivery for all store purchases. Delivery cost is determined when you schedule your service.

How White Glove Delivery Works

Notification: You will receive an email when your items are ready

Scheduling: Our delivery partner will contact you by phone and email to arrange your delivery date and time (two-hour window provided)

Delivery Days: Weekly on Thursdays and Fridays, 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Important Delivery Requirements:

Someone 18+ must be present to accept delivery

Inform the carrier of access restrictions (gated community, elevator, stairs, etc.)

Share any special instructions to ensure smooth delivery
Inspection Guidelines
In-Store Purchases:
Inspect at time of delivery or pickup. Please carefully examine all merchandise while at our store or while the delivery partner is at your residence. This allows us to address concerns immediately.
Online Purchases:
What is Included: Threshold delivery to the first dry area of your home. White Glove service is not included.
Upon Delivery:

Inspect all items carefully before signing

Note any damage or issues on the Proof of Delivery

Contact us within 3 business days if problems are found

We will provide a link to submit your claim online for replacement
Replacement Process
We make this easy:

Send us photos of the issue

We will work with our supplier to document and request replacement

Once the replacement arrives at our warehouse, we will schedule redelivery at no additional charge
What qualifies for replacement: Defects or damage identified during inspection at pickup or delivery.
Important Policies
Order Refusals: Refusing delivery without prior authorization may result in return or redelivery charges.
Returns & Exchanges: For local in-home delivery, once you have left our location or our delivery partner has left your residence, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Please inspect carefully!
