Customer MUST inspect all merchandise at time of pickup. Only defects and damaged merchandise will be replaced and/or re-ordered. No Refunds.
HOME DELIVERY SERVICE
Furniture, Oversized Mirrors, Oversized Wall Decor, Custom Orders
At time of your home delivery, customer must inspect for any defects or damages at time of delivery and report any defects or damages at the time of delivery to the delivery driver. Customer must photograph and email photos of the damaged merchandise to email@example.com. All returned damaged merchandise must be in original package (all packing included) and have the original packing slip included. We are not responsible for the damage on the transit back to our warehouse.
Model Home Accents will issue your emailed picture of the damaged items returned to us to our supplier and request a replacement order on customers behalf. The client/customer will be responsible for reporting any damages or defects at time of delivery and photographing the damage item(s) and MUST report any damages/defects to the delivery carrier at time of delivery.
Our clients are responsible for paying home delivery shipping cost. Shipping delivery and handling charges are non-refundable. Model Home Accents will re-deliver replacement of damaged or defected merchandise to customer at no additional cost to the customer.
Although we will do our best to accommodate our product replacement policy under the terms stated above, Model Home Accents has the right to change our merchandise replacement policy at any time.
