In-Store Interior Design Consultation Fee $200
Includes, up to 2 hours of design consulting per space facilitated (In-Store). Your Design Consultation fee will be credited toward furnishing purchases of $10K or greater
(ie., living room and dining room is considered as one space, family room and kitchen is considered as one space etc; commercial projects spaces will be determined during initial consultation)
Service Per Discovery Consultation:
Meeting with the client or their authorized Representative to establish the scope of the project and establishing the design direction based on the Clients goals, furnishing budget and living space objectives.
All In-Home Design Consultation followup’s will be facilitated at MHA showroom will include:
Sourcing for product options, color swatch, and a follow up Concept Presentation with Client.
Concept Presentation for Final Approval and Purchase.

*After Design Consultation date has been schedule, a 24 hour notice is required in order to reschedule your appointment at no additional charge. Otherwise your consultation fee will not be refunded or credited.

All sales are final. We don’t offer refunds, but we stand behind our quality. If your furniture arrives damaged or defective, we’ll exchange it according to our Refund Policy guidelines.
FURNITURE
Unless otherwise specified, all furniture items will ship via a third-party freight carrier from the order date. In-stock items typically deliver within 7-14 days. Backordered items may take 4-6 weeks for delivery. Please inspect the product carefully for any damages and take photos of any defects or imperfections. All sales are final on this collection.
We offer white glove delivery service, which includes inside delivery to your chosen room, unpacking, assembly, and debris removal.

Unless otherwise stated, in-stock items will ship from the manufacturer in 1-2 weeks. You'll receive tracking information when your item(s) ship and transit times may take up to 10 business days. Please inspect the items carefully upon arrival for damages or imperfections and report them to customer service right away. All sales are final on this collection.
CUSTOM ART COLLECTION
All items are made to order and will be shipped from our manufacturer within 5-8 weeks. After shipment, delivery may take up to 10 business days and the freight carrier will call to schedule the delivery.
You must be present to sign for the delivery. Upon arrival, carefully inspect all items for any damages or imperfections and report them to customer service immediately. All sales are final on this collection.

Unless otherwise noted, in-stock items ship out of our warehouse within 5 business days. Once shipped, please allow 7-10 business days for delivery. No signature is required for shipments sent via FedEx or UPS. Please note that items ordered together may be shipped in separate packages, and we recommend inspecting each product for damages upon arrival. All sales are final on this collection.

We will keep you updates on any backorders. Please note that these items cannot be canceled once the order has been sent to our manufacturer.
